Sean is a doctor in Abergele.He started running in 1997, after talking to a friend, also a doctor, JJ Green. they decided to do the Dublin marathon together.

Since then he has completed 7 marathons.He finished Dublin in 3.01. Disappointed with his performance he decided to have another shot at it and finsished in 2.48.He joined Abergele Harriers shortly afterwards and has gone from strength to strength.

He has represented North Wales at Cross Country and Road and after 8 yrs is still running personal bests.

2005 has been his best so far, he has represented North Wales on road and cross country and after 8 years is still getting personal bests.

Sean is now regularly finishing amongst the top runners in most races in North Wales, and his dedication and commitment is an example to other runners.
